| Seeking a Kashmir-Based Investor for a Commercial Kiwi Orchard |
JKMPIC-Jammu and Kashmir JK invites expressions of interest from a permanent resident of Kashmir who has the financial capacity to invest approximately ₹10 lakh to ₹15 lakh in the development of a kiwi garden in Kashmir.
The proposed project aims to establish a productive kiwi orchard with a focus on quality planting material, scientific cultivation practices, and long-term agricultural sustainability. The initiative offers an opportunity for a local investor to participate in the growing horticulture sector of Kashmir.
Interested investors should have a genuine interest in horticulture, the ability to make the proposed investment, and a long-term vision for developing a commercially viable kiwi garden. Project details, land availability, investment structure, responsibilities, and profit-sharing arrangements will be discussed and mutually agreed upon before any commitment.
Eligibility: permanent resident of Kashmir with an investment capacity of approximately ₹10–15 lakh.
