| Inula racemosa |
Inula racemosa is an Asian plant in
the daisy family native to the temperate and alpine western Himalayas of
Xinjiang, Afghanistan, Kashmir, Nepal, Pakistan.
Pushkarmool is a very useful Ayurvedic herb, used in the
treatment of heart diseases, respiratory diseases like asthma, bronchitis,
cough etc. Its botanical name is Inula racemosa. It is one of the powerful
herbs of Ayurveda.
