Saw palmetto, Serenoa repens,berries,seeds,plants

Saw palmetto or Serenoa repens is a very well-researched botanical with a rich history of use treating sexual problems in men, such as loss of libido and impotence. It is clear from scientific data that this herb can help improve erectile function, along with mild to moderate cases of enlarged prostate.

Low testosterone levels are associated with low libido in both men and women. Saw palmetto may boost libido by stopping the breakdown of testosterone in the body.

ginkgo trees in india

I take Ginkgo Biloba for two reasons. To increase blood flow to my extremities and that includes pulmonary functions too. This is anecdotal, but I’ve not had an asthmatic attack since using it consistently. I believe this is because of its positive effect on pulmonary inflammation. Does it enhance memory? The jury is still out on that one.
