Goji berries are richer in vitamin A, iron, and vitamin C, while blueberries are a better source of vitamin K and manganese. The choice between them depends on your health goals: choose goji berries for higher concentrations of vitamins and iron, and blueberries for lower sodium and higher vitamin K and manganese content. Both are nutrient-dense fruits with high antioxidant levels, but goji berries may have more sodium and carbohydrates.
